Oversee scrum ceremonies and enforce agile best practices across technical teams.
Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to align on milestones and dependencies.
Identify and resolve delivery risks, impediments, and resource constraints.
Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
Extensive experience in technical project management and agile delivery.
Proven experience as a delivery manager on large enterprise implementations in a global company.
Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud and enterprise financial systems.
Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and complex timelines effectively.
PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred.
Experience managing large-scale ERP or EPM implementations.
