About the role
- Manage and lead multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Utilize waterfall and agile methodologies to transform ambiguous deliverables into detailed, actionable project plans.
- Interface remotely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Maintain up-to-date project plans, providing objective insights into project and task health for effective decision-making.
- Present projects and report project status to relevant teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate project communication, ensuring clear and timely updates across all project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of the D&T PDO Program, offering ideas and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance project delivery, increase productivity, and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with established practices and procedures, solving routine problems and escalating complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality assurance, welcoming work reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Comfortable working independently on most projects, while also open to guidance and collaboration on complex assignments.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather tasks, build project plans, and report status effectively.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and deliver results.
- Proficiency in CoPilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Monday.com for project management and collaboration.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, break down issues, and solve problems using existing processes and critical thinking.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with proof of vaccination required.
- PMP certification is preferred, along with experience leveraging AI for increased productivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in a remote work environment.
