About the role
- Lead the global strategy and design of core organizational development initiatives within Yum!’s Center of Excellence.
- Shape enterprise-wide approaches to performance management, career development, employee engagement, change management, assessments, and leadership capability.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and enable corporate employees to grow and thrive.
- Translate business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions while delivering data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR or organizational development, preferably within a global organization or Center of Excellence.
- At least 3 years of direct responsibility for organizational development programs, with demonstrated business impact.
