About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Sales to ensure all deals are well-structured and aligned with commercial policies.
- Manage and process US Channel Purchase Orders (POs).
- Execute Channel Stocking Orders for inventory availability.
- Serve as a central support hub for the sales-side booking and fulfillment within Salesforce.
- Identify and report system bugs or process inefficiencies.
- Provide critical support during high-volume periods during EOQ and EOY cycles.
- Demonstrate high levels of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness by interpreting complex documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience applying or implementing Deal Desk best practices.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in tech or enterprise software sales support, sales operations, or a related enablement capacity.
- Flexibility to support global operations across various time zones.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and a strong understanding of maintaining data integrity across integrated business systems.
