About the role

  • Prepare variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and investigate discrepancies
  • Actively support the maintenance and setup of our forecasting tools, ensuring data integrity to enhance forecast accuracy and budget processes
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring high quality and timeliness in financial reporting
  • Assist the wider controlling team with ad-hoc analysis, data reconciliations, and presentation materials
  • Participate in projects to streamline financial routines and improve internal controls
  • This role reports directly to the Senior Director of FP&A

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in controlling, finance, audit, FP&A, BI or similar, or transitioning from accounting
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Experience in channel-driven, SaaS, cybersecurity or hardware/software businesses is a plus
  • Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (NetSuite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish
  • Experience with Office applications (e.g. G-Suite apps like Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • Positive working attitude, service-minded, problem solver and desire to learn
  • Team player with cross-cultural savviness and flexibility to work closely with colleagues globally
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar; or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
