About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements and assess clients' identity and access maturity
Design and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Configure and integrate leading market tools
Perform integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, legacy applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS applications
Produce technical documentation (architecture, configurations, operation manuals, and procedures)
Provide training for client IT and security teams
Support go-live and post-deployment activities, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and quality
Participate in workshops, alignment meetings, and technical presentations with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field
Minimum 4 years' experience implementing IAM, PAM, and MFA solutions
Strong knowledge of identity and access architecture and the Zero Trust model
Experience integrating MFA in corporate environments
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading and writing)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients at different organizational levels
Autonomy, proactivity, and an ownership mindset
Availability for occasional travel (when required)
