Partner with leadership in networks (Business Network Directors or Network Council Directors) and the Forum & Learning Center of Excellence and Forum Placement to support the creation of forums.
Manage the launch of new Forums through implementation of programs e.g. Kickstart, including budgeting, contracting, coordinating and relationship management.
Manage relationships with assigned networks, with a focus on supporting the Network Forum Officers and Forum initiatives to ensure the health and vibrancy of forums.
Advise Network Forum Officers, moderators, and directors on best practices for forum management, health, and development.
Partner with the Forum Officers in their leadership role.
Support officers in meeting their goals while managing their budgets and other resources.
Sourcing of and co-ordination of training for Forum Moderators.
Collaborate to ensure regular and timely communication with Officers.
Collaborate with Leadership Development and Forum & Learning to design and deliver curriculum for leadership development workshops to train incoming Network Forum Officers.
Encourage timely network identification of officers and moderators.
Provide support in updating and maintaining forum resources.
Collaborate in gathering and assessing needs, developing recommendations, and implementing agreed upon actions.
Engage forum experts and collaborators in support of a unique forum community for members.
Provide complete forum program development and support to networks.
Promote learning and channel opportunities when engaging with YPO members.
Develop new ways to drive value and engagement with the creation and support of forums.
Process Network Forum funds.
Manage Forum budgets and reporting, including forecasting and the development of funding requests.
Manage Forum events such as training workshops, forum launches, and forum elements in events.
Support the collection and validation of Forum data and utilize data analysis and KPIs to ensure forum health.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working with top-tier strategic partners, multiple tasks, and projects; prefer experience working in or with YPO.
Experience as a Global Citizen (living, working, schooling, etc. in a foreign country).
Experience with program/project design and delivery for an adult audience.
Meeting planning experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), knowledge of member databases.
