Work with member champions and YPO management to develop, design, market, manage, and evaluate small in-person or virtual programs.
Produce high impact, cost-efficient, small-scale events; manage proposals, budgets, logistics, contracts, invoices, expenses, CART process, and onsite support if required.
Collaborate on marketing plans, launch event pages, manage registration and communications.
Coordinate content and resources, oversee onsite programs if required, follow event close-out processes, provide feedback and evaluations.
Provide customer service to members and management associates, respond within 24–48 business hours.
Ensure compliance with policies, improve processes, cultivate relationships with members and partners.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in event management and program coordination in a professional association or entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with Cvent, Zoom, Teamwork, Adaptive and other online platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills and database management.
Relevant diploma, certificate, or college degree or equivalent experience.
CMP and/or CAE preferred.
Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, without restrictions, up to 15% per year.
