About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform administrative and financial management for the area, including contract control, purchase requisitions (Coupa and SAP), invoices, approval workflows via LECOM, and cost monitoring;
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial reports, administrative controls, and area KPIs;
- Ensure routine management of the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) team, monitoring deadlines, actions, and deliverables;
- Act as a facilitator between leadership and the HSE team, promoting alignment and follow-up on requests;
- Support and monitor Management and 5S audits, ensuring implementation of action plans;
- Track and follow up on activities with involved areas, ensuring adherence to established schedules;
- Support the preparation of presentations, analyses, and reporting of results;
- Maintain and update the systems and tools used by the area;
- Support managers in monitoring area projects and initiatives;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and management processes;
- Operate in compliance with the company's HSE guidelines and practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (Required)
- Advanced Excel (required)
- Power BI (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Experience with administrative and financial controls and performance indicators
- Previous experience in administrative activities is a plus
