About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform administrative and financial management for the area, including contract control, purchase requisitions (Coupa and SAP), invoices, approval workflows via LECOM, and cost monitoring;
  • Prepare, analyze, and monitor financial reports, administrative controls, and area KPIs;
  • Ensure routine management of the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) team, monitoring deadlines, actions, and deliverables;
  • Act as a facilitator between leadership and the HSE team, promoting alignment and follow-up on requests;
  • Support and monitor Management and 5S audits, ensuring implementation of action plans;
  • Track and follow up on activities with involved areas, ensuring adherence to established schedules;
  • Support the preparation of presentations, analyses, and reporting of results;
  • Maintain and update the systems and tools used by the area;
  • Support managers in monitoring area projects and initiatives;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and management processes;
  • Operate in compliance with the company's HSE guidelines and practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (Required)
  • Advanced Excel (required)
  • Power BI (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
  • Experience with administrative and financial controls and performance indicators
  • Previous experience in administrative activities is a plus
