About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop analyses and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with the business's strategic needs, supporting the executive team in decision-making;
Support the analysis of metrics and the development of action plans;
Manage and analyze variable compensation metrics and liaise with partner departments;
Perform exploratory data analysis and data modeling;
Oversee the department's interface systems, ensuring timely and accurate closure of performance indicators;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, SQL, and database administration;
Excel experience with Power Pivot and Power Query;
Experience in trade marketing, commercial intelligence, or sales;
Availability to travel;
Experience in data analysis, manipulation, and modeling.
