About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze monthly People indicators: Absenteeism, Turnover, Hour bank (compensatory time), Budget, Presenteeism and Labor/Employment Requirements through the monthly report, performing stratification and applying quality tools to understand deviations, with the objective of presenting deviations to client areas and proposing corrective actions.
- Provide support to the Labor Relations team by gathering requested documents and identifying potential witnesses to support any legal proceedings the company may face.
- Analyze the staffing map, verifying the staffing map (budget) versus the employee in the position to ensure the budget and execution of movements.
- Support the Communications area by assisting units with the dissemination of internal campaigns to ensure the success and engagement of initiatives.
- Support the Organizational Development and Social Responsibility areas by promoting their internal initiatives to ensure communications reach all employees and secure program engagement.
- Provide employee service by understanding their needs through the contact channels between the People area and the employee to help resolve reported issues.
- Conduct the “Papo 10” meeting, calling employees and participating in the discussion with the Manager to listen and identify opportunities and strengths in the area, then propose actions for issues raised.
- Generate reports (Personnel control - HC, labor occurrences, Hour bank) using the People system to populate the area dashboard and present in weekly meetings.
- Stay up to date on the results of your area and interfacing areas by tracking indicators and internal controls and participating in weekly meetings to ensure coordination between related areas and identify improvement and training opportunities.
- Perform Institutional Onboarding by presenting the People fronts: People Management, People Administration, Benefits and Social Responsibility so new hires understand the policies and how the area operates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Preferred experience/knowledge in Human Resources;
- Preferred knowledge of Quality Tools.
