About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for high-volume roles, from aligning the profile with the hiring manager and defining sourcing strategy to actively hunting talent, conducting competency-based interviews, following the full process and issuing offers—ensuring technical fit and alignment with the Company’s strategy, culture and values (Ypê).
  • Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to identify professionals with potential who are aligned with the business needs.
  • Act consultatively with hiring managers and internal teams, building relationships and ensuring clear, efficient communication throughout all stages of the selection process.
  • Ensure the best possible experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment and selection policies and guidelines, acting as a guardian of the area’s practices.
  • Conduct all operational stages of the process, including job postings, market mapping, interviews, preparation and delivery of offer letters, and follow-up during the hiring/onboarding process.
  • Monitor and track SLA and performance indicators for the area, maintaining updated vacancy controls and reports, as well as projections for attraction & selection metrics.
  • Make hiring decisions based on Ypê’s business profile and the specific needs of the requesting area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Preferable experience with recruitment platforms and job boards (differential: Gupy);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end, high-volume recruitment processes;
  • Availability for a hybrid work model in Amparo, São Paulo (Amparo/SP).
