About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain fullstack applications (frontend and backend), ensuring performance, scalability and a good user experience.
Work on the development and customization of solutions on the Fluig (TOTVS) platform, using Fluig Studio (Eclipse) to create forms, datasets, services and workflows.
Design and implement APIs and integrations between internal systems, ensuring data consistency and availability.
Develop web interfaces using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Automate corporate processes through workflows and system integrations.
Integrate with TOTVS RM systems (especially Labore, Chronus and Vitae) and other corporate applications.
Participate in deployment and versioning processes, ensuring best practices for releases, version control and application stability.
Apply good governance, security and sensitive data handling practices in development and integrations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups and retrospectives).
Monitor and fix faults in systems and integrations, ensuring stability and reliability.
Document applications, services, datasets and workflows developed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Experience with fullstack development (frontend and backend).
Experience developing on the Fluig (TOTVS) platform.
Knowledge of Eclipse (Fluig Studio) for Fluig development.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
Knowledge of relational databases.
Experience with code versioning (Git).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Knowledge of TOTVS RM, especially the Labore, Chronus and Vitae modules.
Experience developing datasets, events and workflows in Fluig.
Experience with corporate process automation.
Experience with integrations via web services (REST/SOAP).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
