About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle incidents to ensure deliveries are completed, analyze KPIs, prepare presentation materials for the manager, and extract reports according to each area indicator.
  • Perform purchase order management routines, monitor the company's corporate billing volume schedule, and send stockout and scheduling visibility reports to the commercial department; manage the order portfolio, process orders through the company's management systems, handle order scheduling processes, and review the order portfolio for key customers.
  • Support the preparation, monitoring and tracking of indicators, perform routine KPI updates, analyze deviations from targets, and support the development of improvement initiatives.
  • Support the execution of action plans for continuous improvement, reporting area KPI information to responsible leadership and interface areas, monitor progress of improvement actions with the team, and support teams on specific improvement projects by proposing improvement opportunities for validation.
  • Handle incidents to ensure deliveries, participate in alignment meetings with carriers (integration) when necessary, review requests for extra costs submitted by carriers, receive and analyze delivery anomaly reports provided by suppliers, and request rescheduling of customer deliveries.
  • Support execution of action plans for continuous improvement, carry out improvement actions and monitor their progress.
  • Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company's EHS (SSMA) policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and be familiar with emergency response procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (Required).
  • Desired knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
