About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure consumer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement; receive damaged products returned by consumers and record them in the management system.
Generate periodic complaint reports and send them to the Quality department, handling both outbound and inbound telephone contact with consumers.
Interact with consumers across all company service channels and log consumer complaints in the management system, ensuring standardized information.
Process product returns and refunds to consumers.
Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation in accordance with the company's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures.
