About the role

  • Develop analyses and maintain Power BI dashboards according to the business's strategic needs, supporting senior management in decision-making;
  • Support analysis of KPIs and action plans;
  • Manage and analyze variable compensation indicators and interface with partner areas;
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and data modeling;
  • Manage the area's interface systems, ensuring the timely closure/reporting of indicators;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI/SQL, and database administration;
  • Excel skills: Power Pivot and Power Query;
  • Experience in trade marketing, commercial intelligence, or sales;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience with data analysis, manipulation, and modeling;
