About the role

  • Lead high-impact internal communication projects from conception through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and alignment with company strategy.
  • Develop and implement employer brand-specific plans focused on reinforcing organizational culture and the employee value proposition.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources and deliverables, working closely with team analysts and partner areas to ensure efficient execution.
  • Serve corporate areas by providing internal communication consulting, identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure consistency of narrative and alignment with organizational objectives, making sure all messages reflect the company’s values and strategy.
  • Support management in presenting results and making decisions through analysis of KPIs, reports and insights on internal communication actions.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in internal communications, proposing innovations to increase employee engagement and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Advertising, Psychology or Public Relations.
  • Experience in Project Management: planning, executing and monitoring internal communication projects to ensure deadlines and quality.
  • Ability to develop plans aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
  • Clear and persuasive writing for multiple channels (intranet, newsletters, digital campaigns, videos).
  • Knowledge of Digital Tools: proficiency with internal communication platforms, project management tools and engagement metrics.
  • Data and Metrics Analysis: ability to interpret communication metrics to measure impact and recommend improvements.
  • Employer Brand Management: knowledge of EVP (Employee Value Proposition) strategies and employer branding.
