About the role

  • Develop and implement learning programs aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Design learning paths connected to business area needs and critical competencies.
  • Curate content, ensuring relevance and up-to-date materials.

Requirements

  • Experience with digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and educational technologies.
  • Experience working on strategic projects with direct impact on organizational development.
