• Independently responsible for active sourcing, screening applications, and pre-selecting suitable candidates for our internal team.
• Conduct structured (remote) interviews with potential candidates.
• Work closely with the HR team and our departments to understand job requirements and implement appropriate recruiting strategies.
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms for professional active sourcing and continuously expand our internal talent pool.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and pursue continuous process improvements.
