About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

We are looking for a Mid-level Quality Analyst who will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts in collaboration with the development team
Lead and execute complex software testing, using appropriate tools and methods to identify defects and ensure the final product meets requirements and quality standards;
Create detailed test scenarios, defining conditions, actions and expected results for each test;
Document test scenarios, detailing the steps to be followed;
Analyze project documentation, such as requirements and design, to understand system goals and use cases;
Prepare the test plan based on project requirements;
Analyze test results and document defects found;
Perform reviews and retest after fixes;
Prepare clear and organized user manuals;
Stay up to date with trends and innovations in software testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree completed, preferably in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development or similar;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with solid practice in manual testing (applying regression, exploratory, usability, integration and performance testing and test planning, writing in BDD (Gherkin));
Proven experience with automated testing using tools such as Cypress (JavaScript), Robot Framework (Python) or Selenium (Python);
Strong knowledge of methods, techniques and processes applied to the work, including test planning and strategies, creating scenarios and executing tests;
Solid knowledge of Postman for API testing; Cypress, Robot Framework, Selenium for test automation (web, desktop and mobile);
Intermediate knowledge of Agile methodologies;
Dedication, responsibility and willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies;
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and bring creative ideas to the team;
Proactivity in problem solving and seeking innovative solutions;
Commitment to quality and delivering results.
