About the role
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps across core platform and growth-critical domains, including payments, onboarding, operations enablement, and market expansion initiatives
- Lead and develop high-performing product managers across multiple complex and interconnected problem spaces
- Improve customer activation and conversion by optimizing onboarding and identity verification flows across markets
- Drive sustained user engagement and monetization by improving usage, transaction frequency, and spend across newer and developing markets
- Strengthen operational effectiveness by partnering closely with Operations and Engineering to improve tooling, workflows, and system reliability
- Improve unit economics across key money-movement and funding flows through product-led optimization and vendor collaboration
- Manage and influence external technology partners and vendors to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Build for scale by strengthening system architecture, operational maturity, and cross-domain consistency
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Business, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions
- Drive alignment across stakeholders through clear prioritization, strong documentation, and disciplined execution
- Navigate complex regulatory, technical, and financial constraints to solve deeply integrated product challenges
- Champion a strong product culture through mentorship, high standards of craft, and outcome-oriented thinking
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of product management experience with proven success scaling financial and/or travel products
- Proven experience managing and scaling multiple product managers
- Deep experience working on platform, payments, or operationally intensive systems
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding, transaction flows, funding mechanisms, and operational tooling
- Hands-on fluency with technical and financial systems, including APIs, workflows, and data-driven optimization
- Demonstrated ability to improve business outcomes such as conversion, engagement, cost efficiency, or operational effectiveness through product leadership
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Ops, Risk, and Compliance
- Clear, decisive communication with a bias toward impact, velocity, and measurable outcomes
