About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Salesforce Development & Administration: Develop and maintain custom features on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
Contribute to the design and evolution of our Salesforce data model to reflect business needs.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the platform.
Revenue Operations Support: Collaborate with other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor platform performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Document technical and functional solutions, as well as best practices to support team knowledge sharing.
Incorporate AI into internal processes to help daily operations.
Cross-team support: Respond to and manage daily requests from business teams; train business teams on the latest releases you have delivered.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have recently graduated from an engineering school / with an engineering Master’s degree.
You are keen to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
You have strong Java skills (or another object‑oriented language).
You have basic skills in web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
You have a structured, problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
You are fluent in French and English.
You are motivated to join a scale‑up and ready to take on the challenges that implies.
Familiarity with the SaaS industry or CRM ecosystems is a plus.
First experience (internship, academic, or personal project) with Salesforce/HubSpot development or administration is a plus.
