About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Salesforce Development & Administration
- Develop and maintain custom features on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder
- Contribute to the design and evolution of Salesforce data model to reflect business needs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across the platform.
- Revenue Operations Support
- Collaborate with other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor platform performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical and functional solutions, as well as best practices to support team knowledge sharing.
- Incorporate AI into internal processes to help daily operations.
- Design and implement data model and automations to route signals from multiple sources to the commercial teams.
- Leverage billing actions and revenue recognition directly into our CRM.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are looking for an end-of-study internship (last year of engineering school / engineering Master's degree)
- You have strong JAVA skills (or any other object oriented language)
- You have basic skills on web technologies (HTML/CSS, Javascript)
- structured, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- keen to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
- fluent in French and English
- motivated to join a scale-up and ready to take up the challenges it implies
- Being already familiar with the SaaS industry or CRM ecosystems is a plus
- Having a first experience (internship, academic or personal project) with Salesforce/Hubspot development or administration is a plus
