About the role
- Qualifying inbound leads generated by the Growth team and B2B marketing efforts in the Italian market
- Be the first point of contact with future clients and understand their needs
- Introduce clients to solutions and convince them of value in the electronic signature sector
- Provide the Account Executive team with necessary information to close deals
- Manage the new leads, track inbound requests, and ensure appropriate follow-up
Requirements
- You already have a first sales or customer-facing experience (internship included)
- You are interested in technical products and software
- Native Italian level, Fluent level in English are mandatory
- Your oral and written communication skills are excellent
- Ability to adjust to any situation and persuade without faltering in the face of objections
- You are rigorous, resilient and ready to re-evaluate yourself in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of a CRM tool like Salesforce is a plus.
