About the role
- Design & deliver onboarding programs.
- Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast.
- Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.
- Create and manage sales content.
- Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win.
- Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.
- Drive continuous learning & enablement initiatives.
- Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes.
- Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.
- Collaborate across teams.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Collect feedback, measure impact, and optimize initiatives continuously.
Requirements
- You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.
- You can create high-impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions.
- You bring rigor to program management - initiatives are well-structured, adopted, and continuously improved.
- You are comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results.
- You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
