About the role

  • Design & deliver onboarding programs.
  • Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast.
  • Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.
  • Create and manage sales content.
  • Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win.
  • Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.
  • Drive continuous learning & enablement initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes.
  • Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.
  • Collaborate across teams.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment.
  • Collect feedback, measure impact, and optimize initiatives continuously.

Requirements

  • You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.
  • You can create high-impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions.
  • You bring rigor to program management - initiatives are well-structured, adopted, and continuously improved.
  • You are comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
