About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and process policy sales or modifications
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure we continually offer the policy that best meets their needs at a competitive price
- Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS to build trust with clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and log follow-up activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet team objectives
- Contribute to developing strategies to increase customer retention and overall satisfaction
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities
- Progress into a senior position within our insurance team or into a team leader role after your first two years with us
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a valid AMF license (Autorité des marchés financiers)
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
- You have at least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- You are proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- You are a fast learner and have an interest in technology
