About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
Respond to coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and make policy changes
Proactively contact clients regarding policy renewals
Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and SMS
Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Work closely with the customer service team
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Progress to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your first two years with us

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license
Minimum 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
Proactive
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Fast learner with an interest in technology
