• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities in our CRM system
• Work closely with the customer service and sales team to achieve team objectives
• Participate in developing strategies to boost sales, client retention and overall satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities
• Move towards a senior position in our insurance team or a team lead role after your first 2 years with us
