About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the business owner for the CRM project, representing business needs to Technology, Data Engineering and external vendors;
  • Define and detail the Single Customer View brief, specifying: required data, sources, construction rules, entity relationships and granularity;
  • Ensure the Single Customer View is built according to the approved brief, monitoring schedule, dependencies, risks and deliverables;
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce platforms, translating business needs into functional requirements together with the Product Owner (PO);
  • Define and validate CRM business rules, such as campaign typologies;
  • Develop the consolidated monthly campaign plan, with projected commercial and financial returns aligned to company targets;
  • Lead governance forums with peer areas, including planning, prioritization and results meetings;
  • Analyze campaign performance, ensuring results generation, continuous learning and strategic evolution;
  • Work closely with areas such as Brand Experience, Sales Channels, Product, CX, Operations, Market Intelligence, IT and Data Engineering, influencing decisions from a customer-centric perspective.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Proven experience in CRM, direct marketing and business-focused data projects;
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and systems thinking;
  • Clear communication, ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and an ownership mindset;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments;
  • Genuinely customer-centric mindset, focused on value creation and results.
  • Postgraduate degree or relevant specialization;
  • Experience with CRM and data platforms (Salesforce, Responsys, Dynamics, SQL or similar);
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working on complex projects;
  • Strong command of Excel and data analysis;
  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, banking, insurtechs or complex service companies;
  • Experience with multiple sales channels (direct, partners, bancassurance, B2B2C);
  • Experience in transformation contexts, structuring teams or implementing new operating models.
