About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Capturing images at events and activations: photography and filming of corporate events, workshops, trainings and Hyper marketing activities, documenting behind-the-scenes, presentations and interactions.
  • Producing institutional content: recording client testimonials, interviews with Hyper leaders and success stories for social media and the company website.
  • Editing and adapting videos: creating materials for Reels, Stories, Shorts, Feed, IGTV, YouTube, LinkedIn and internal presentations, with quick cuts, simple motion graphics and prominent captions/subtitles.
  • Creating visual briefs: developing scripts and moodboards based on each marketing campaign’s objectives, in partnership with traffic managers and content strategists.
  • Fast, organized delivery: preparing real-time content for event coverage and providing optimized versions (high and low resolution) for paid and organic campaigns and branding materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Photography in varied environments: strong command of techniques for indoor, outdoor, low-light and mixed natural/artificial lighting conditions.
  • Directing poses and portraits: ability to guide people with sensitivity, ensuring images that convey authority, approachability and purpose.
  • Experience with corporate events: covering presentations, trainings, product launches and networking gatherings.
  • Photo editing and retouching using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, delivering files in multiple resolutions optimized for web and print.
  • Asset organization: cataloging and distributing images and videos into folders and platforms that are easily accessible to the marketing team.
  • Dynamic capture for social media: producing quick-turn content (behind-the-scenes, testimonials, workplace scenes) suited to the pace of social platforms.
  • Video editing with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or CapCut, including rapid cuts, transitions, simple motion graphics and captions/subtitles.
  • Cross-platform adaptation: knowledge of the nuances of vertical and horizontal formats, and the specifications of each distribution channel (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Real-time delivery: ability to edit quickly during events and make content available for near-immediate publication.
