- Conduct onboarding for new clients, ensuring correct use of the platform
- Create simple support materials (guides, presentations, and FAQs)
- Monitor platform usage and take proactive action
- Log support interactions and organize information
- Relay real customer feedback to the Product team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in customer service, support, or Customer Success (primarily B2B)
- Clear, concise, and empathetic communication
- Organized and able to handle multiple support interactions
- Proactive: when identifying an issue, resolves it or flags it quickly
- Hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Advantageous: experience with tools such as Intercom, ClickUp, or similar
