About the role

  • Leverage marketing to support our B2B partners by orchestrating strategic and operational projects
  • Be at the heart of the relationship between Younited and its partners
  • Manage campaigns and develop tools to support growth
  • Coordinate actions that support commercial performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Data teams to build an effective and innovative marketing strategy
  • Ensure each initiative enhances Younited's visibility and creates value for our partners

Requirements

  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Operational Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
  • You have initial experience in a B2B environment, ideally in Fintech
  • You have digital marketing experience including content management (blogs, websites) and an understanding of SEO
  • You have worked with a CMS or back office (WordPress appreciated)
  • You are proficient with HubSpot CRM and Marketing and comfortable setting up nurturing campaigns and lead scoring
  • You are versatile and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and creativity
  • You have a good understanding of Paid Media and can collaborate with partners to optimize SEA and LinkedIn Ads campaign performance
  • You are comfortable creating content (articles, white papers, newsletters) and can adapt tone and format for B2B audiences
  • You understand the design production workflow and can write clear design briefs to ensure the quality of digital and print deliverables
