About the role
- Leverage marketing to support our B2B partners by orchestrating strategic and operational projects
- Be at the heart of the relationship between Younited and its partners
- Manage campaigns and develop tools to support growth
- Coordinate actions that support commercial performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Data teams to build an effective and innovative marketing strategy
- Ensure each initiative enhances Younited's visibility and creates value for our partners
Requirements
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Operational Marketing or Digital Marketing
- You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- You have initial experience in a B2B environment, ideally in Fintech
- You have digital marketing experience including content management (blogs, websites) and an understanding of SEO
- You have worked with a CMS or back office (WordPress appreciated)
- You are proficient with HubSpot CRM and Marketing and comfortable setting up nurturing campaigns and lead scoring
- You are versatile and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and creativity
- You have a good understanding of Paid Media and can collaborate with partners to optimize SEA and LinkedIn Ads campaign performance
- You are comfortable creating content (articles, white papers, newsletters) and can adapt tone and format for B2B audiences
- You understand the design production workflow and can write clear design briefs to ensure the quality of digital and print deliverables
