About the role
- Develop the insurance business (Europe)
- Define and deploy the insurance strategy (borrower & affinity) across multiple countries
- Lead negotiations with insurers and partners
- Analyze data to identify growth levers (revenue, subscriptions, churn)
- Ensure operational efficiency with internal teams and partners
- Monitor regulatory developments and evolve the model accordingly
- Define and implement the pricing strategy with Risk & Marketing teams
- Conduct price sensitivity analyses and optimize credit profitability
- Benchmark competitors and adjust positioning
- Collaborate on promotional campaigns and enhancements to pricing tools
- Lead strategic projects (organization, processes, AI tools)
- Analyze performance gaps and identify improvement levers
- Make recommendations to automate and simplify operations
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree
- At least 3 years' experience in consulting (strategy / finance / transformation & organization), or as a lead for strategic projects within a fast-growing company/startup or in a similar role
- Strong interest in analytics and proficiency in Excel, Power BI and ideally BigQuery and SQL
- Rigorous, solution-oriented and proactive
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication
