About the role

  • Develop the insurance business (Europe)
  • Define and deploy the insurance strategy (borrower & affinity) across multiple countries
  • Lead negotiations with insurers and partners
  • Analyze data to identify growth levers (revenue, subscriptions, churn)
  • Ensure operational efficiency with internal teams and partners
  • Monitor regulatory developments and evolve the model accordingly
  • Define and implement the pricing strategy with Risk & Marketing teams
  • Conduct price sensitivity analyses and optimize credit profitability
  • Benchmark competitors and adjust positioning
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns and enhancements to pricing tools
  • Lead strategic projects (organization, processes, AI tools)
  • Analyze performance gaps and identify improvement levers
  • Make recommendations to automate and simplify operations

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in consulting (strategy / finance / transformation & organization), or as a lead for strategic projects within a fast-growing company/startup or in a similar role
  • Strong interest in analytics and proficiency in Excel, Power BI and ideally BigQuery and SQL
  • Rigorous, solution-oriented and proactive
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication
