About the role

  • Ensure the monitoring of operational incidents and implement operational risk reduction measures across the entire Younited Group
  • Optimize, together with operational teams, the tools dedicated to incident management
  • Evolve the fraud detection framework in close collaboration with operational teams and Data Science
  • Drive fraud indicators and conduct ad hoc analyses on potential scenarios
  • Define a consistent risk assessment methodology across the group
  • Update the process, risk and control mapping
  • Coordinate the framework with the various business units and structure appropriate reporting
  • Ensure the compliance of outsourcing contracts with regulatory requirements (audit rights, resilience, incident management, cooperation with supervisory authorities)
  • Integrate third-party risks into the overall framework in line with the Group's risk appetite
  • Coordinate actions with Legal, Risk and Compliance functions to ensure the robustness and traceability of the framework

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (M2) in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Financial Mathematics or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Risk Ops roles within a banking environment
  • Meticulousness, attention to detail and a solid understanding of risk management tools
  • Ability to navigate between analysis, coordination and continuous improvement
