- Support scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
- No criminal background that would be incompatible with a retail environment (background check required).
- Proficiency in basic math, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous retail management experience is preferred but not required.
