About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key distributor partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-priority accounts
- Develop customized account strategies to drive sales
- Lead efforts to expand business with existing clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to dental practices
- Partner with sales, marketing, customer service, and product development teams
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum grade 12 education
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in strategic account management
- Strong knowledge of dental products, services, and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
