Customer Success Manager – Fixed-term Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and guide your client portfolio in the use of our Yooz solution.
- Reduce churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help turn clients into advocates within their own networks.
- Manage client follow-up through product demonstrations and drive additional upsell opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business-related studies or equivalent.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations, strong interpersonal skills, and good written communication.
- Autonomous, persistent, and passionate about IT.
