About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and guide your client portfolio in the use of our Yooz solution.
  • Reduce churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help turn clients into advocates within their own networks.
  • Manage client follow-up through product demonstrations and drive additional upsell opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business-related studies or equivalent.
  • Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations, strong interpersonal skills, and good written communication.
  • Autonomous, persistent, and passionate about IT.
