About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define onboarding and upselling processes to identify opportunities.
Manage the referral program to identify Yooz ambassadors and customer success stories to showcase.
Identify customers who can contribute to our marketing initiatives.
Conduct interviews and create supporting materials and content.
Strengthen communication with our users through our communication tools.
Plan and deliver webinars in French and English with our partners and customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent, with ideally initial experience in similar customer-focused roles.
You have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth company environment.
You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
