About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with strategic customers to understand their workflows and business goals
Participate in customer workshops to identify high-value operational use cases
Design and deliver end-to-end use cases leveraging the YOOBIC platform
Build the 'last mile' needed to make customer use cases successful
Identify opportunities where AI can improve frontline execution
Prototype AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs
Support integrations with customer systems
Create reusable assets such as technical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, software engineering, or a similar role
Strong technical fluency
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, databases, scripts, and modern SaaS workflows
Strong interest in AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and practical enterprise use cases
Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
