About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Executives in next steps.
  • Generating and qualifying outbound leads - proactively develop and deploy outreach campaigns to schools and districts on behalf of the Account Executives.
  • Evaluate and vet inbound leads to determine their potential value.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand a school’s needs and pain points and develop relevant responses.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule initial meetings and follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach methods and messaging.
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
  • Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth sales discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred. Bonus for experience in Educational Sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
