About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You run the calendar. You make the content.
Own, manage, and produce the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit (and anywhere else we look to expand)
Write copy that sounds like Yonder: sharp, direct, a little cheeky. Never generic, never forgettable
Track weekly performance across engagement, reach, saves, and shares — and use it to decide what comes next
Build and nurture community, in a way that feels native, not branded
As we scale you’ll also look after influencers and creators
Collaborate with the Partnership team to help bring our reward partners to life with comms, editorial, and social content

Requirements

What you’ll need
