About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitoring partners and stepping in proactively to improve total spend through offer structure and placement strategy
- Owning renewals, rebooking and upsell conversations; turning a one-campaign partner into a long-term relationship
- Segmenting the partner book by engagement level so your effort goes where it drives the most return
- Making sure new partners go live quickly in a way that drives real member engagement from day one
- Building proof points that improve sales conversion and help us win more of the right partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Has experience in account management, partner success or a similar relationship-driven commercial role.
- Is data-literate and commercially curious.
- Understands the hospitality or dining space (or is genuinely excited to).
- Is obsessed with partner outcomes.
- Thrives with ownership and autonomy.
- Preferred: Has a background in F&B: A lot of our partner book lives in this world.
