About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute analyzer turnaround maintenance and oversee assigned analyzer service projects.
- Interpret, recommend, and implement analyzer engineering design improvements and upgrades.
- Review analyzer spare part requirements and update analyzer documentation systems.
- Operate and maintain analyzer workstations, software tools, and data acquisition systems.
- Conduct specialized technical training for analyzer technicians to enhance competency levels.
- Evaluate and optimize sample conditioning systems, ensuring reliability of sample flow, pressure.
- Initiate and optimize preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for online analyzers.
- Review and manage analyzer materials, spares, and consumable requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs covering: basic analyzer chemistry, sample systems, troubleshooting, and calibration.
- Provide technical support in troubleshooting analyzer and sample handling systems.
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process analyzers such as gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers, combustion analyzers, hydrocarbon dew point analyzers, and CEMS systems.
- Support customers during commissioning, start-up, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for training, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for analytical systems at Yokogawa facilities and end-user sites.
