About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of existing customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Develop a strong understanding of Yokogawa’s products, services, and industry solutions
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, customer support) to meet client needs
- Track account performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles or customer relationship management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to learn technical concepts related to industrial automation
- Must reside in Louisiana, preferably near Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles or New Orleans.
