Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency.
Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance.
Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights.
Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide decision-making.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to define and execute business strategies.

Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced knowledge preferred).
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Ethic: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment
