About the role

  • - Create high-quality graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, motion graphics, print materials.
  • - Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all assets.
  • - Work closely with the marketing, content, and product design teams to support campaigns and product launches.
  • - Contribute to evolving and maintaining our brand identity and visual standards.
  • - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to support visual aspects of user-facing digital products.
  • - Manage multiple design requests and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • - Prepare and deliver production-ready files and bring experiences to life through motion / micro-interactions.
  • - Provide guidance, feedback, and quality control to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth.

Requirements

  • - 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a B2B or tech services environment.
  • - Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across web, digital and print formats.
  • - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and After Effects.
  • - Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and digital design principles.
  • - Experience working within brand guidelines to create compelling, on-brand designs.
  • - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
