About the role
- Drive recruitment efforts across Europe, the US, and occasionally Latin America, identifying and attracting top talent
- Execute and manage offers, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Oversee vendor and partner engagement, ensuring smooth coordination and a consistent employee experience across all regions
- Foster positive relationships between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating a supportive work environment
- Stay current with labor laws and best practices in the regions we operate
- Develop and implement relevant HR policies that promote compliance and foster fair treatment across all levels
- Collaborate with management to assess and enhance competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to attract and retain talent in various regions
- Manage administrative tasks such as document signing, office support (for the Belarus office), and other clerical duties
- Organize team-building activities, coordinate employee recognition initiatives, prepare and send greetings for birthdays and anniversaries, and purchase gifts to foster a strong sense of belonging and appreciation
Requirements
- From 6+ months of experience in HR/Recruiting
- Proficiency in English (B2+)
- Strong positive communication skills
- Excellent planning and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines
