About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to support business decisions
Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals
Design and build dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Automate recurring reporting for departments such as product, marketing, and operations
Deliver insights in clear and actionable visualizations
Translate data findings into business recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations) to define analytical needs
Support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in BI, Data Analysis, or related field
Proven experience building dashboards and reports for business use
Strong SQL (complex joins, aggregations, CTEs)
Experience with Tableau, Power BI
Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
Solid Excel/Sheets skills for quick analysis
English - B2+
A big plus: familiarity with Python/R and cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
