Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in data analytics, data science, alternative data, or a related field.
Strong SQL and/or PySpark skills.
Comfortable working with large datasets.
Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and insights.
Strong judgment and ability to use data to support recommendations and decision-making.
Comfortable using AI tools and LLMs while maintaining independent critical thinking.
Ability to thrive in open-ended environments with high ownership and autonomy.
Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering and business teams.
Curiosity, experimentation, and enthusiasm for uncovering new opportunities.
