Key responsibilities & impact

break down the door on a new vertical, utilizing creative prospecting
leverage communication methods including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn messages
generate interest and meetings from Procurement leaders for a valuable product
develop skills across a broad range of sales technology tools
work closely with an Enterprise Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales
help refine the messaging for success

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR
successful working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling to U.S. prospects
strong focus on cold-calling
a track record of not only meeting but also exceeding targets
empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
highly self-motivated and proactive
grit and can handle rejection
resourceful always looking for new ways to open doors
coachable and willing to learn
highly positive outlook
sound judgment when handling new situations
